I'm more like a crazy mad foaming at the mouth Dog...I go side to side, up and down...in a circle...and I never forget the tongue.
Oh the Joys of an electric toothbrush (WITH! a timer!!!). Best purchase ever!!! So really I don't do a lot of anything...just move the moving brush around. : ) 1-2 minutes on top then bottom...

i'm with abbey. 30 seconds front bottom. 30 seconds back bottom. 30 seconds front top. 30 second back top. then i brush my tongue.
shelli i'm like you. foaming at the mouth with toothepaste. stu is always so clean . . . it all seems to stay in his mouth!
up and down, sideways, tongue for me. but i've been considering getting an electric one.
