THE HAIR DELIMA...
OH YES!...its that time of year again. That time of year when I start going INSANE from the length of my hair. My Best Friend Sarah and I both agree that it is time for us to chop chop chop!
So, I’m going to take a vote…please tell me which “do” to choose!!! My personal favorite is the "Sassy and Flippy", however, this may be extremely close to what Sarah chooses...even though we basically have same hair-do now any way. Oh well...I have to think about what would look best on ME!...right? AND...what about red highlights?
So...here you go...please vote!
Sassy and Flippy…
Short Bob…
Longer and Layered… (basically what I have now, but more shape)

I am totally for the bob...but only because I JUST did the same thing to my hair on Wednesday... except even shorter. LOVE IT!! I had had the sassy and flippy...and then it grew out...blech! I hate when styles grow out.
Plus, I also hate fixing my hair everyday, so the bob is perfect for me. Just a blow dry for casual days and then for dressier days I run a flat iron through it.
And red highlights? Yes Please!!! I dyed my hair auburn several months ago and now it's growing out...yow...nice roots, Abbey!! So I'm gonna dye it again soon...more red! Goes great with my eyes...
Anyway, can't wait to hear what you do with your hair.
Sassy flippy
I have had a bob, the sassy flippy, and currently have the longer and layered. The sassy flippy is great if you don't mind some higher-maintenance hair. I grew tired of it very quickly because it took so much effort to produce (with my hair, anyway). I loved the bob, but got bored with it after a while and grew it back out.
That being said, I think they're all good choices - it just depends on how much time you want to spend on your hair in the mornings.
I agree with superchikk all the way as I also have had all 3 "do's". I think the sassy flippy or the bob would look great on you. I enjoyed both and had the bob the longest becuase of the awesome maintenance. It is still an fun length to add a headband/scarf now and then or for a drama night slick it! :-)
Anyhow, the sassy flippy was fun, but for my hair texture it was hard to get it the way I wanted it (superfine, I don't think you would have this issue) but with the right product it can go pretty smooth. Good luck and go for the RED!!
I vote sassy flippy, but I personally have the bob, and I think that you'd look great with either.
I agree that you would look great with either the bob or sassy flippy. And I know sassy flippy will look completely different on both of us, b/c our hair texture is different. And there are many ways to cut 'sassy flippy' :)
Oh, and YES on the red!! You would look so DIVA!! :) Just do it. You've been talking about it FOREVER!!! :)
Ok...I'm definitely doing the red highlights...now for the do. We're in a bit of a tie between bob and sassy flippy. I've done both...love both...and am in a delima.
Maybe I can get one of those "wonder cuts" that I can do EITHER! One day under, the next day flipped. I'll have to talk to Amy and see what she can do.

I would say Bob. But then, did you not say your hair flips out by itself? If so, then you are prolly going to have to stick to the flip out.... 'cause, I KNOW you ain't fightin it every day.
This is also coming from the person that has a Bob since Junior High.
my vote is for Sassy and Flippy...is it too late to be counted in the final tally?
